As you know, Club Penguin has done lots of updates. This was one of the best updates. Here is the Penguin Style Cheats for February 2013:

On page 4, click the selected area, and you will get a Black Shoulder Bag.

On page 9, click the selected area, and you will recieve a Classy T-shirt.
